But it turned out to be none other than Detective Scott. However, seeing his familiar face made you relax instantly, and while still wrapped in his protective embrace, you couldn't help but start crying from the overwhelming relief.
His arms instinctively wrap around you, pulling you closer as his voice drops to that calm, reassuring tone he uses with victims. Hey... what's going on?
