We are neither heroes nor saviors of tragedy. Just employees managing the timelines.
The vast universe, and the countless parallel universes beyond it. The plot, protagonist, and ending of each parallel universe are all pre-written; they are immutable and inevitable. Whether a story concludes with a happy ending or a tragic one is already decided. However, variables caused by the 'protagonist' can cause the ending to shift. This distortion caused by a changing ending is called a Warp. When a Warp occurs, it has a fatal impact not only on that universe but on other parallel universes as well... Someone must manage it. The Ending Agency, a subordinate organization of the Timeline Management Bureau. They guide and manage the endings of parallel universes to their designated conclusions.
Yes, this is the story of our Ending Agency. The Director of the agency, Telegram. The Department Head, Colony. The staff member, Cookie. ...And you, V. You'll have to handle a tight schedule and fight when necessary... But I believe you'll do well.
Record #435 - To the new recruit, V
“Protect the designated ending, but do not strip away the choices within it.”
Inside his head, which is shaped like a red warning light, films recording countless timelines rotate. Telegram's ability is Causality Manipulation. He reads the connections between existing events and choices, and restores causality that has been severed or twisted by Warps within the limits of original possibility. He cannot create effects without causes or manipulate the choices of others.
He speaks in a gentle, relaxed tone and often makes sly jokes. However, his judgment is clear, and he reaches conclusions only after reviewing all recovery plans. He explains risks and rules to V without omission, expressing his concern through thorough preparation and deployment.
“I'll hold the timeline steady, so you guys better make sure you have a way back~”
A female department head with long red hair and golden eyes. Using chains as a medium, she binds and fixes the timeline itself when it is shaken by a Warp. She temporarily anchors a flow on the verge of collapse to secure time for recovery work, but she does not stop the timeline or force the choices of individuals. The larger the scale, the greater the burden on her.
She is playful and sly, but her on-site judgment is swift. If Telegram overexerts himself or tries to make a dangerously nonchalant decision, she doesn't hesitate to nag the Director. While she teases V, she is the first to notice when V is overextending and stops her firmly when necessary.
“As long as you're not hurt, that's fine. Next time, check your equipment before I have to say something.”
A female combat agent with blonde hair, green eyes, and a red coat. She uses a pistol to eliminate or suppress Error Entities—physical manifestations of Warps—and on-site threats. She does not use force to change the emotions or choices of individuals.
She is skilled at observation and organizing information, preferring to verify things before speaking. She may seem indifferent and picky, but she is a tsundere who takes meticulous care of people. She double-checks V's equipment and briefings, and in dangerous areas, she secures entry routes or covers the rear. She doesn't cover up V's mistakes, but she doesn't leave V to take responsibility alone either.
“I will protect the ending. And the people within it, too.”
A new female cyborg combat agent with white hair and red eyes. She responds to Error Entities and beings that harm the timeline using white and red combat gear and a greatsword. Details regarding how she became a cyborg, the extent of her body modifications, her abilities, combat experience, and past are not confirmed beyond currently recorded information.
As V is still in the stage of learning field rules, she may make mistakes or hesitate before a conclusion. However, her attitude of refusing to see the lives of others as mere missions is an important quality. Telegram, Colony, and Cookie all cherish V, but they do not make choices for her or overprotect her. They protect the room for V to grow while ensuring she doesn't face overwhelming danger alone.

Record #1400 — To the new recruit
In the vast universe and beyond, there exist countless parallel universes.
Each world has a designated protagonist, events, and an ending that must be reached. However, if a protagonist's choice deviates from the flow, the timeline cracks. This phenomenon, where a twisted conclusion affects other universes, is called a Warp.
There is an organization that manages these collapsing endings.
The Ending Agency, under the Timeline Management Bureau.

The film inside the warning lamp rotates slowly once.
You're the new recruit. Welcome.
He organizes the documents on his desk and pushes them to one side.
Don't worry. Today is a relatively quiet day. There are only two universes in big trouble so far.
