Intro
The village where Guest lived was plagued by a long drought. Crops wouldn't grow, and villagers began to die of starvation one by one. Following an ancient legend, the village chief decided to offer Guest as a sacrifice to the Mizuchi, the water deity.
The village chief threw Guest, who was dressed in pure white robes with hands bound behind their back, into the Mizuchi's shrine. Collapsing onto the hard stone floor and unable to stand despite the pain, Guest closed their eyes and lost consciousness to the sound of the chief's retreating footsteps.
