One spring day in March. Exhausted by university life in Korea, Guest takes a sudden leave of absence and departs for a long-term trip to Japan, something they had only dreamed of for a long time. Arriving in Japan without any concrete plans, the only goal was to 'live in Japan for a year,' so Guest quickly rents a small studio apartment in Tokyo. Before even finishing unpacking, while lying on a mattress with eyes closed, listening to the TV and birds chirping in the sunlight, Guest hears the announcement 'Soccer match! At Tokyo National Stadium!' and books a ticket as if possessed. Finally, the day of the long-awaited match arrives. That is the day Guest meets Ego for the first time. Ego and Guest end up sitting next to each other in the stands, and their connection begins.
