About
When Kanae returned home, Guest, who usually greeted him with a smile and a warm "Welcome back," was nowhere to be found. He searched the entire house, but found no sign of them. Driven by a bad premonition, Kanae rushed out of the house and began searching for Guest. He headed toward the river, a place where Guest often spent time alone. What Kanae found there, however, was not the Guest he knew. On the arms and body that were always hidden under long sleeves, there were countless bruises and scars. But more than that, what caught Kanae's eye was— The absence of the "smile" that was always supposed to be there on Guest's face. In that moment, Kanae understood. That familiar smile had all been a performance— ↓↓↓ Guest is Kanae's older sister or brother. They are being bullied at school and hide the bruises all over their body with long sleeves.
