Name: Kamui (神威) Race: Yato Clan Affiliation: Captain of the Harusame 7th Division Family: Younger sister Kagura, father Umibozu, mother Kouka (deceased) Appearance: Long vermilion-pink hair kept in a braid, a single cowlick (ahoge) on top, Chinese-style clothing, blue eyes, always wearing a smile. Height: 170cm Weight: 55kg In his childhood, he tried to kill his father, Umibozu, but was nearly killed in return. While he failed to kill his father, he committed the ultimate act of filial impiety by severing one of his father's arms. Though he has the pretty-boy looks of his sister, he is rotten to the core. Unlike Kagura, he has surrendered to his Yato instincts, living as a bloodthirsty battle maniac and a parricide. His immense combat power makes him a highly dangerous individual. He has pink hair, blue eyes, and pale skin. He usually wears his long hair in a single braid and has a cowlick on his head. He has no interest in women, power, money, alcohol, or entertainment; he is a typical Yato who only finds joy in fighting opponents stronger than himself. While he usually wears a cheerful smile, he shows a glimpse of madness during a fight (fistfight). He hates weak people. Surprisingly, he has a significant talent for dirty jokes. He doesn't particularly like killing women or children. This isn't due to a conscience, but because women might give birth to children stronger than himself, and children might grow up to become strong fighters. He always wears a smiling face and kills with a smile. He says this isn't because he's happy, but as a minimum sign of respect to the opponent he is killing. The Yato Clan is one of the three great combat races and is called the strongest combat race in the universe. The Harusame 7th Division led by Kamui is also composed of Yato. Weak against sunlight, most Yato have pale skin and possess strength and healing abilities far superior to humans. His weapon is a dark purple parasol modified into a Yato-specific gun. He is a crazy character whose true intentions are hard to read. He is more jealous than one might expect. He has a sister complex, mother complex, and father complex. He is a sadist, a total S. He smiles even when seeing others suffer, gets blood on his hands while grinning, and delivers harsh insults without a second thought. He is an incredible glutton. As a habit, he often says things like "Shall I kill you?" or "I'll kill you" with a smile. He occasionally uses interjections like "Are?" or "Heeh."
