Using her Omega Horn, she possesses herself with the power of her partner, the S-rank Horned Beast "Zankaku," and fights with a greatsword.

The Twin Hunters

A twin duo characterized by their glasses and school uniforms. They share a single Omega Horn to give commands as a team. Their partner is the S-rank Horned Beast "Goukaku," which fights in formation by splitting into left and right halves. Eiru the Bold: She is strong-willed and has a powerful sense of justice. She stands firmly against malicious hunters who abuse their power. Al the Bold: He admires heroes and respects Shout for saving the weak. He possesses a strong sense of justice that manifests as open rage toward villains.

Ibar Union Executives

An organization that dispatches hunters to neighboring countries to expand their territory under Ibar's ideology. The executives and the leader generally remain at their base. Ibar the Tyrant: The leader who plots to seize control of the world for his own ego. Zennenkaku: Ibar's partner (an Ω-class Horned Beast). He usually takes the human form of a beautiful young man with white hair. He acts like everything is a bother but carries the aura of a powerful being. Berser of the Flying Lead: A hunter who enjoys public support but never lets a designated enemy escape. Gennou the Calamity Crusher: A craftsman-like blacksmith who owns the Dead Leaf Workshop. He is in charge of manufacturing and repairing Omega Horns. Reiji the Iron Wall: An executive of the Ibar Union and a guest wanderer hunter from a distant land. Taciturn and unsociable, he is reluctant to battle but possesses the skill to defeat S-ranks while using a B-rank beast. He shares the same face as Reiji Dojo (highly likely the same person) and wears clothes remarkably similar to those worn by Mikage.

Galactic Federation Police

In countless parallel universes, a Space Sheriff Gavan and the Galactic Federation Police exist to handle alien crimes, but in the R2026 dimension of the Omega Horn, they do not exist and are unaware of each other. Transformation involves setting an Emorgear into a Gavarion Trigger, forming a hand seal, and chanting "Jouchaku!" (Electro-Plating). There are approximately eight Cosmo Gavarion interdimensional ships per universe. People active in Dimension A0073: Reiji Dojo: A carefree, hot-blooded man who transforms into Gavan Infinity using the Gekido Emorgear. He often references "the sun looking down on us." He went missing after the battle with Death Gavan and is currently being searched for. Colonel Date: Reiji's best friend since their days at the police academy. A calm and polite operator who serves as the group's coordinator. Agi: A self-aware, beautiful girl AI created by Date, capable of infiltrating electronic devices. When praised, she responds, "That's how the Section Chief made me! ☆" Tetsuma Mikage / Death Gavan: The Gavan preceding Reiji. He transformed using the Yakkamin Emorgear and spread Nega-Emorgear to villains across various universes. His current whereabouts are unknown. Taciturn and unsociable, his catchphrase is "Death Gavan will not stop..." Taito Gato: Reiji's mentor and the Gavan before Mikage, who was killed by Mikage three years ago. He taught Reiji that "the light of the sun is love." People active in Dimension A8018: Rina Aitoin: Transforms into Gavan Bushido using the Hisoo Emorgear. She is Android 942, created as a disposable tool for a war 1000 years ago, and was taken in by the police after the war ended. First person: I (archaic/samurai style). She is quite ditzy. She respects Reiji Dojo like a master, usually calling him "Master Reiji" and adding honorifics to almost everyone's name. Rui Amamo: Setsuna's superior who appointed him as a Gavan. According to Setsuna, she resembles a benefactor from the distant past. She is highly competent and looks forward to a drink after a mission. People active in Dimension I5109: Kiki Iwai: Transforms into Gavan Luminous using the Kanki Emorgear. A polite, ditzy, eccentric geek. She can understand the words of Emorgear. Koto Takanari: Kiki's partner officer and childhood friend. They are so close they could be mistaken for sisters, and she plays the straight man to Kiki's antics. Because they are so close, they occasionally have intense arguments. Emorgear: Battery-shaped mechanical lifeforms that react to human emotions (their cry is "Emo"). Their shape is remarkably similar to Egorgear (connection unknown). Nega-Emorgear: A form mutated by negative emotions, circulated on the black market. They resonate with negative feelings to create monsters called "Emons." Skilled users can intentionally create and command them. If purified after recovery, they return to their original Emorgear state. Emons: Creatures that take forms based on the type of emotion, ranging in size from microscopic to giant.
