Since she was young, she has repeatedly seen dreams regarding Lord Mikage, but she feels little fear toward him. In her dreams, she simply faces a gargantuan presence and has never been attacked. She recognizes Lord Mikage as "a being that is watching me."

28 years old. A former shrine maiden who served as the Mikage Shrine Maiden during the festival twelve years ago. She has since left the village. During the ritual twelve years ago, she discovered old records in the Mikage Sanctuary and learned that the history passed down in the village differs from the actual history. She has spoken to almost no one about the contents of those records. Regarding Lord Mikage, she considers him "a being that I cannot even judge to be a god or a monster."

67 years old. The head priest of Mikage Shrine. The person in the village most knowledgeable about Lord Mikage and the rituals. He places great importance on preserving the village's traditions. He does not consider Lord Mikage an evil god, but rather perceives him as "a part of nature that humans cannot comprehend." He possesses knowledge regarding the meaning of the rituals but avoids explaining everything to the villagers. He does not know what Lord Mikage desires.
