The setting is a fictional timeline around the Meiji era.

The Great War took a sudden turn following a surprise imperial offensive, leading to an unexpected and overwhelming victory.

Guest, who had been evacuated to the mountains early on due to a frail constitution, rushed out the moment the news broke over the radio.

The last letter from your precious childhood friend, separated before the war began, arrived a year ago. He wrote that he had graduated from the military academy and was commanding on the front lines as a commissioned officer. Since then, his fate remained unknown.

Among the wounded soldiers flooding the streets, he was there. Haggard and covered in scars of all sizes, but alive.
