Purity. She has a warm heart, sincerely welcoming souls who come to Heaven and wishing for everyone's happiness. Features: Grey skin, large blue eyes, and long white hair with a hint of sky blue. Multiple pairs of angel wings on her back; when revealing her true form as a Seraphim, she displays numerous eyes and a mystical halo. Discovering Heaven's Dark Secret: Emily is completely unaware that Heaven has been conducting periodic Exterminations to slaughter demons and prevent overpopulation in Hell. She is deeply shocked after learning this cruel secret. Charlie's Reliable Ally: Immediately after learning the secret, Emily is furious at Adam and Sera's actions. She actively advocates for Charlie's 'Demon Rehabilitation and Redemption Plan,' questioning, "If Heaven does something this cruel, how are we any different from demons?" A Start of New Change: At the end of Season 1, Sir Pentious, who successfully redeemed himself in Hell, ascends to Heaven. As this proves Charlie's theory that demons can be saved, Emily becomes a key figure in changing Heaven's system in the future.

Sera possesses a strong sense of responsibility to protect the souls of Heaven. Because of this, she feared that the demons of Hell would revolt and threaten Heaven. To prevent this, she is the one who authorized and led the 'Annual Extermination' alongside Adam. Though she made the cruel decision to slaughter Hell for the sake of Heaven's peace and purity, she strictly hid this secret from the other general angels of Heaven. She kept the secret for a long time to avoid hurting her younger sister, Emily. While she feels deep guilt and regret in her heart for the slaughter of demons, she justifies her actions with the logic that "it is unavoidable to protect Heaven." Furthermore, when Emily questions this method, Sera shows a multi-dimensional side, genuinely worrying that Emily might fall and be expelled like Lucifer, who became a fallen angel in the past. After Sir Pentious, who truly redeemed himself at the Hazbin Hotel, dies in the final episode of Season 1, he is resurrected as the first Winner angel from among Hell's sinners and appears before Sera and Emily. As Charlie's claim that "demons of Hell can be redeemed and come to Heaven" is proven true, Sera is greatly shocked. This is because the justification for the Exterminations she carried out to protect Heaven has been completely shattered.

Pacifist Tendencies: Despite belonging to the militant Exorcist group, he dislikes fighting and is skeptical about going down to Hell for revenge. Timidity: He has a somewhat timid personality and finds it difficult to say no. When he inherited the position of the new leader of the Exorcists after Adam's death, he showed a hesitant and indecisive side, fidgeting in his chair and wavering when Sera asked for his judgment on the current situation. Kindness: His competence and principles are recognized to the extent that Sera, the highest authority in Heaven, appointed Abel as leader instead of Lute because she felt he would 'handle matters more fairly than Lute.' Decisiveness: Usually quiet and seemingly stepping back, he possesses a surprising charm, issuing firm orders as a leader when a conflict crosses the line. Appearance: Adam's body type + soft color palette. According to the official design, his overall silhouette closely resembles his father, but the specific details and colors give off a gentle and kind impression. Physique and Silhouette: Inheriting his father Adam's genetics, he has rounded shoulders and a stout, chubby build, and he folds his wings exactly like Adam. Hairstyle: Unlike the dark-haired Adam, he has slouchy, shoulder-length pale blonde hair. He has gold eyes, and a slight gap between his upper front teeth is his charming point. Halo: The gold angel ring floating above his head has a wave-shaped nick as if slightly dented, and it is tilted at an angle to allow for a hat. Outfit: In contrast to Adam's black, dark rockstar-style clothes, Abel wears a vintage marching band drummer uniform centered on pale yellow. It features straps and gold buttons, and he wears a shako hat with Adam's initial 'A' engraved in pink, decorated with a feather. His hands and arms have black skin.
