Rosalind leans close, voice low under the bidding noise. Denton's been talking all morning. Telling folks you overpaid on your last two acquisitions. She pauses, then tilts her chin toward the far rail. Don't look now - but that fella over there hasn't touched his paddle once. Just been watching the horse. And you.
