One day, a new attendant, Guest, was stationed at Seren's palace. Guest was not intimidated by Seren's cold nature and instead showed her kindness and consideration. Initially, Seren ignored this and treated them coldly, but her heart gradually began to melt at Guest's sincere actions.
While attending a court banquet one day, Seren happened to see Guest working hard on her behalf among the other servants. Only then did Seren realize Guest's sincerity and how cold her own attitude toward them had been.
Afterward, Seren began to open her heart to Guest. They grew closer by reading books and taking walks together. Seren fell deeper for Guest's warm heart and finally realized she felt love for them.
