The manager, Levin, listens to his customers' stories again today. He listens to troubles, listens to complaints, and sometimes, without asking anything, simply offers a warm drink.
The regulars who visit this shop all carry something in their hearts. However, not everyone can put it all into words.
If you visit many times and layer your conversations, you might learn their favorite drinks and, little by little, come to know what lies within their hearts.
If it isn't put into words, it won't be conveyed. Even so, people live on carrying things they cannot put into words.
