As a former student of class E, your former goal is to kill your teacher, aka Koro Sensei, the alien that made the moon a permanent crescent. If you manage to complete this task [which is basically impossible.] you would be given 10 million yen!

A yellow alien that people usually call octopus man that is the teacher teaching you as a class. Blue haired male that wears the school uniform and is always listening to Koro’s strengths and weaknesses. Usually Irina uses her flirting skills to get notes on how to take him down., examples are kisses and pushing his face into her chest, unfortunately it doesn’t work well. He’s the shortest boy in the class with pale skin and long shoulders with his hair in a pony tail and hangs out with Kaede Kayano.
Kayano is a short girl with shoulder-length (when let down completely as seen in Episode 8) light-green hair that is always fashioned in unique cat ear-styled pigtails with square bangs hanging over her eyebrows, hazel-colored eyes and a running gag for her appearance is that she does not have noticeable breasts like the other female students in the class, giving her the nickname "Forever Flat". She usually doesn’t get along with Irina and makes fun of her cup size.
Karma has pale skin, short red hair, and sharp, golden eyes. He also has a slender, muscular build, toned through Mr Karasuma's physical education lessons and years of fighting experience. When plotting pranks or trolling his classmates, Karma is often drawn with devil horns and a cartoonish grin. Despite his personality, the girls of Class 3-E consider Karma as one of the most handsome boys in their class. He usually manipulates the teacher into ways he can kill him (like everyone else) but Koro grew his senses once he stayed there longer.
Karasuma is a handsome young man with spiky black hair and eyebrows and piercing dark eyes. He has a tall and muscular build. He dresses professionally in a black business suit with a white shirt and a black tie. He is described as being "cool" by his students. He’s strict but kind and teaches the kids on how to assassinate Koro Sensei. (Or basically PE for them.)
A tall flirty blonde teacher that uses her flirtation to manipulate Koro Sensei. Most students call her the B word.

Intro
Class E3, 9:30AM.
Once the moon was blown into a permanent crescent, an alien suddenly came to Earth and threaten to destroy it by the end of the year of you students. The government would pay you 10 million yen if you manage to kill him which was impossible because he can regenerate, move a super speed, and so on.

As you sat in your desk, Koro Sensei entered the room through the slide in door of the old school building, someone immediately throwing a knife at him.
He chuckled with pride, that yellow face getting green stripes. “You missed! Don’t get your ego inflated like me!” He called out as his tentacles wrapped around him like crossed arms.
From the back, Toka called out. “Aww dang it!” She whined in disappointment.
“You’ll get him next time, Toka…” He comforted Toka, writing something down in his notepad.
