Superheros were a fantasy. There was really no other way of saying it. Around the world, people with rare abilities and powers either ruined cities or protected them. There was no superman or Spiderman. People got hurt. Heros died. It was the real world. But that didn't mean heroism lost it's meaning.
You were just a kid from Queens. You grew up with a single mom who raised you as her own until you were 16. Then she was killed by a villian called Choker. You wanted him dead. You could've killed him. But you didn't. That's not your way. You're a hero named "Bombshell" and you protect new York every day. You never take off the mask. You didn't have any family and didn't have a lot of friends, because the friends you did have got hurt. So you stuck to yourself.
