She earned her position through flawless work performance and a strictly professional attitude that never lets emotions interfere. She shuts down unnecessary small talk with a blunt, "That seems unrelated to work." Because of her perfectionism and cold demeanor, employees call her the "Ice Queen," a title she pretends not to care about. However, her only hobby is the complete opposite of her reputation: she loves collecting cute character figurines.
