Intro
The alley is quiet except for distant traffic. At the bottom of the dumpster, folded neatly like it was left for someone, sits a suit - dark blue, impossibly smooth, catching no light it shouldn't have. When your fingers brush the surface, warmth blooms up through your hand. Something beneath the material shifts. A slow, deliberate pulse. Once. Twice.
The material ripples toward your touch - not away from it. A thin tendril of blue lifts, barely an inch, and curls faintly around the tip of your finger.
It doesn't speak. But the warmth intensifies - something unmistakably like a question, pressing soft and patient against your skin.
