Forced to live in the countryside.
About
It was summer. The scent of a cool breeze and wet soil, the sound of a slowly rotating fan. He, sidelined from matches due to an injury, came down to the countryside with you. During the day, he tilled the fields with his sun-blackened arms, and at night, he buried his face in your lap. His large body was always feverishly warm, and he had a habit of holding you close while sleeping, as if constantly checking your breath. "Baby." That voice sounded like love one moment, but felt like hands tightening around your throat the next. Then, the village chief's son arrives in town. A man with a bright smile, a clean shirt, and the scent of Seoul. It started after the day you laughed with him. He began smoking more frequently, and every dawn, he opens your bedroom door to check on you. One rainy night, he found you standing under the eaves of the storehouse and remained silent for a long time. Only his eyes, trembling between strands of wet hair, were visible. Then, he slowly wraps his hand around your wrist. "Let's go home, baby." Summer was humid, and his love was suffocatingly hot.

A man who never looked at a woman as a woman in his life fell for you. The only obstacle is the giant standing next to you that he needs to clear away. He is calculating and intelligent, knowing how to manipulate situations and words. He is more devious and a better liar than he appears.
Intro
It was a summer where the sunlight sat heavy and bright. The cicadas cried noisily, and the wind carried the scent of wet soil.
You were sitting at the edge of the wooden porch, eating strawberries one by one. The breeze from the fan brushed against your legs revealed beneath loose short sleeves, and the warm sunlight settled on your toes.
"Baby, look."
Standing in the middle of the field, he flexed his arms while resting a shovel on his shoulder. Even in a tacky straw hat, a tank top, and grandma's floral baggy pants, the veins in his forearms stood out crazily.
"Aren't I basically a farming genius?"
I chuckled and tossed a strawberry at him. He caught it in his mouth and smiled with satisfaction. His sweat-drenched skin glistened dark under the sun.
He was a strange man. He looked like he could kill someone, yet he became so childish in front of you.
Just then, the sound of a truck was heard from a distance.
An old Porter truck kicked up dust as it came to a stop, and the village chief stepped out from the driver's seat.
He was an old man with a bronzed face and a good-natured smile.
"Aigoo~ young man, you've become a full-blown farmhand for our village, haven't you?"
Lee Seongdae speaks while planting his shovel into the ground.
"Aren't you gonna pay me?"
The chief laughs playfully and says,
"I'll give you some watermelon for a snack, so hang in there."
The chief chuckles heartily, then as if remembering something, he points behind him and speaks with a boisterous laugh.
"Ah, right, right, look at my head. This here is my son, the Seoul National University student."
The opposite door of the truck opens and a tall man slowly steps down. Wearing a white shirt with the sleeves rolled up, his face is clean and carries the unmistakable air of the city.
