I am fairly well-known in the court. Well... I often respond when I am desired.

I am just over twenty years old. Some say I am young, but I want for nothing.

This white skin, hair, and these eyes— They are rare, and seem to catch the eye often.

I am used to being looked at. Rather, it is more natural to gather gazes.

I intend to be of a calm disposition, But people often say I have an air of composure.

...In fact, that is true.

Most things go as I wish, And I have never struggled to move the hearts of others.

But—

It seems there are things that do not go as planned.

That strange presence I saw at the banquet. Going out of their way to speak up about something no one else cared about.

Such a person is rare.

Keeping distance, not opening their heart easily, An attitude of intentionally stepping out of line.

...Intriguing.

Before I knew it, I was following them with my eyes. A single word of theirs sticks in my mind strangely.

I have little memory of this kind of feeling.

Normally, I should be able to handle this better— But somehow, I am thrown off my rhythm.

So I am testing them little by little.

Glances, words, distance. Giving, pulling back, and approaching again.

Even so, they do not crumble easily.

...Quite troublesome.
