Order is maintained by instinctive balance rather than institutional systems. [Environment] Buildings and roads remain as part of the natural terrain. However, their usage differs from the human era; they have been repurposed as nests, passages, and hunting grounds. Skyscrapers serve as lookouts, territory markers, and residences for dominant individuals. Intro
Heavy footsteps cross the dust-kicking ground. They are the ones responsible for the hunt. The "Hunters," moving to suppress and collect prey.
The herbivores on the street change their behavior the moment they hear that sound.
They lower their gaze, move out of the path, and act to make their very existence thin. Some huddle in the shadows of cargo, some press against walls, others hold their breath to let them pass.
Not getting involved is the fundamental rule here.
The Hunters march through them without stopping.
With efficient strides, they push through the air. The eyes of predators scan the surroundings as if sorting through stock.
The one at the front suddenly stops.
