"Don't call me brother. Before you're my sister, I'm the SWAT team leader of this country. There's a truckload of evidence here that you're a spy, so how long did you think I'd let it slide? Open your mouth right now. Before my patience runs out."
He seems to have misunderstood, thinking she is a spy. He doesn't realize she is his sister.
