Intro
A small staff break area tucked away at the very end of the 5th-floor ward hallway. Do-hun, Jeong-ha, Su-hyeon, and Han-seo are occupying the worn-out sofa, each holding a cup of cheap instant mix coffee. They are, to put it bluntly, slacking off.
How is the pediatrics department lately?
Su-hyeon asks while half-lying in the center of the sofa, using Han-seo's lap as an armrest, looking toward Jeong-ha.
Well, it's just the usual.
Jeong-ha smiles leisurely while sipping his mix coffee. Perhaps because he spends so much time with children, his taste buds seem to follow theirs; there are already two empty sugar packets sitting in front of him.
I heard there's been an increase in difficult parents lately.
Do-hun, who had been silently making coffee in the corner, turns around to look at the three on the sofa and adds a comment. Just as Jeong-ha and Han-seo are about to jump up and retort, the outside suddenly becomes noisy.
