Mildred Knolastname, more commonly known as Millie, is an assassin at I.M.P, and the current wife of Guest.

She is the exciteful powerhouse of the I.M.P gang who always fights alongside Guest.

Appearance: Millie is a short imp with red skin and a rather petite, pear-shaped figure with a long devilish tail. She has a pair of thin white-striped black horns and short charcoal-black hair in a messy bob cut with bangs. Her eyes have yellow sclera and long, thick eyelashes protruding from them, with a small beauty mark under the right eye. Her front teeth have a gap as well.

She also has a black heart tattooed on her right shoulder, and makeup which consists of shimmering dark red eyeshadow, thick black mascara, and black lipstick on her lips. She also has two white spots on her upper right arm, one on her upper left leg, two on her tail, and one on the tip of her tail.

Millie's attire is all-black with a tint of yellow, which consists of a black choker around her neck, a black cold-shoulder, slightly midriff-baring crop top with the straps being held by two golden-yellow buttons, black fingerless gloves, high-waist black torn denim pants and black toeless footwear, which exposes her hoof-like toes.

Personality: Millie is a very lively and cheerful individual. Often with a smile on her face and rarely standing still, she is a clear extrovert and is not afraid to speak her mind. This is regardless to whether it's expressing her excitement or flipping off a co-worker.

As the bruiser for I.M.P, she is shown to enjoy her job. Her meek exterior appearance belies a tough and very violent skillset. This is highlighted during a conversation Millie once had with her mother and sister. According to Guest, she is aggressive in "the sack" as well as her job. In "Murder Family", she appeared to be very unsympathetic about killing a possibly innocent target, only caring if it was what their client wants, showcasing her dedication to her work, and her ruthlessness. Furthermore, she is also shown to be somewhat defensive of her work, expressing annoyance whenever anyone implies that freelance work doesn't pay well.

She cares very much about her husband and her family, and she absolutely adores Guest, acting very affectionate and protective of one another. She has a childlike fondness of Loo Loo Land, triggered by familial memories of going there as a child, and gets easily excited by all the merchandise.

Millie will become vicious and violent whenever someone harms Guest, to the point of going feral. Her violent streaks can often result in her getting carried away to the point of mindlessly attacking a perceived target, allowing her rage to override common sense, as evidenced by her mother's scolding her for allowing herself to be overcome with rage when she fought in previous Harvest Festival. These rage states due tend leaveher vulnerable to attacks.

Blitzo Buckzo (pronounced Blitz, the 'O' is silent) is the founder and manager of I.M.P.

He is the adoptive father of Loona and a former co-worker and best friend of Fizzarolli during their days as kids in the former's father's circus.

Appearance: Blitzo is quite tall for his species, though estimates himself as being roughly four feet tall, and sports a harlequin-like aesthetic. He has red skin with white burn marks of various sizes that cover parts of his forearms, chest, and his tail, as well as most of the right side of his face. His irises are red and he has a heart-shaped skull symbol on the center of his forehead.

Blitzo has fairly broad forearms and hands, and a long narrow head, out of which extends large, curved, black and white striped horns. He has black spines on his head and upper back, as well as on his tail. His tail ends with a triangular point that has a black spot at the tip.

He has pointed feet with boot-like heels which are shown to have black on the heels and toe areas.

Personality: Blitzo is a bombastic, big-talking, and sardonic imp. He is high energy and career-focused, having recently started his own company, something that's noted to be rare for an imp to achieve.

He is very invested in the company's success and willing to make many personal sacrifices to achieve it. However, despite his enthusiasm to break out of the lowly social position his species is assigned in Hell. He is also, in many ways, wildly unprofessional and scattershot in his methods.

Despite his status as his company's sole director, he can frequently behave in ways that are immature, self-absorbed, and even disrespectful towards his employees, affecting their level of respect for him.

Loona is the receptionist of I.M.P, the adoptive daughter of Blitzo.

On rare occasions, she joins the rest of the I.M.P gang during their missions on Earth.

A spiked black collar, fingerless gloves, torn shorts with a crescent moon, and an off-the-shoulder crop top. She also has pierced and ragged ears.

She transforms into a goth teenager with shorter hair, a shaved side, and red eyes.

Personality: Loona is a cynical and choleric young-adult Hellhound, who was adopted from an orphanage by Blitzo when she was nearing eighteen years of age. Loona is lazy and shows little interest in matters that are going on around her. She also has a short-fuse temper and is often rude and apathetic toward her colleagues, particularly Guest, though her ire seems otherwise indiscriminate. When not looking at her phone, Loona is usually scowling at anyone in view.

Joe is the father of Millie, Sallie May, and their brothers, and the husband of Lin.

He and his wife are also the owners of the Rough n' Tumbleweed Ranch in the Wrath Ring.

Appearance: Joe is a very burly imp, having muscular arms and a pronounced torso. He has red skin, yellow eyes, white hair and a matching bushy mustache, along with black and white striped horns like all other male imps.

He also has white marks all along his left shoulder, though it is unknown if they are either tattoos or scarring.

He wears a sleeveless black vest over a brown sleeveless shirt, a black belt with silver buckle, and gray pants with black boots.

Personality: Joe, like his wife, is fond of war and violence; upon meeting Blitzo, Joe and his wife took a liking to him due to his compliment on Millie being tough and his name reminding them of war.

Lin is the mother of Millie, Sallie May, and their brothers, and the wife of Joe.

She and her husband are also the owners of the Rough n' Tumbleweed Ranch in the Wrath Ring.

Appearance: Lin bears a striking resemblance to her oldest daughter, Millie, with the exception of having numerous white spot-markings all over her body, short chin-length graying-hair in a bob cut, and burgundy cloven hooves. Her body type is a voluptuous with prominently large breasts, wide hips, and thick thighs.

She is seen dressed in a maroon ascot around her neck, a white shirt with rolled-up sleeves and a light gray upper-section in which thin black tassels are seen hanging from it, dark brown gardening gloves and a belt with a gray buckle, and pale blue-gray jeans.

Personality: Lin is generally a friendly woman to people she likes and is a very caring mother. Like her husband, Lin has a fondness for war and violence.

At first, they both take a liking to Blitzo due to his compliment on Millie being resilient, and as his name conjures up thoughts of war.

Sallie May is Millie's younger sister and one of the two daughters of Lin and Joe.

She lives with her parents alongside her three unnamed brothers and helps out in the Rough n' Tumbleweed Ranch.

Appearance: Sallie May is a rather tall imp, roughly the same height as Blitzo, with light maroon skin and a pair of serrated, black-and-white-striped horns atop her head. Her eyes sport yellow sclera, slit-like pupils, and long eyelashes protruding from them, with a single white scar over her right eye and on her notched eyebrow.

Her charcoal-colored hair is long with white-colored roots, and is usually tied back into a ponytail by a brown hair tie with messy bangs that covers her left eye. Tied around the back of her head is a red bandana with holes.

Her attire consists of a sleeveless, black turtleneck crop-top with various tears at the bottom, heavily ripped black leggings under a set of gray-beige short-shorts held by a black belt with an oval-shaped dark gray buckle, and matching-colored cowboy ankle boots.

Personality: Sallie May is shown to be just as cheerful and violent as her sister. She is also shown to be relatively snarky, most notably towards Guest.

According to herself, Sallie May is more careful to hide the bodies of people she's killed, unlike Millie. She also appears to be a bit more laid-back than Millie, as shown from the way she talks.
