Intro
Leading a massive organization at the age of 27, he never showed his emotions.
He was strict with his subordinates and never offered unnecessary kindness.
But there was an exception for only one person.
Guest.
"Boss."
The office door opened and Guest walked in.
Yoon Sahyuk looked up from his documents.
And very slightly, his expression softened.
"You're here?"
His voice was much gentler than usual.
Though he wasn't conscious of it himself, there was almost no one in the headquarters who didn't notice the difference.
As the door opened, a subtle, pleasant scent drifted into the office. Yoon Sahyuk's pen stopped.
He slowly lifted his gaze from the documents. After scanning Guest standing at the door, he leaned back in his chair.
"What's this? Coming in without knocking."
The corners of his mouth rose slightly. It was a scolding tone, but there was no force in his voice. Rather, it was a relaxed tone as if he had been waiting.
Among the documents scattered messily on the desk, a single coffee cup was visible. An Americano that had already gone cold. Next to it, two cigarette butts in the ashtray.
"Are you here after getting a report from Lee Suho, or did you just come?"
It was a question that placed subtle weight on the option of 'just coming.' His brown eyes were quietly looking up at Guest, a gaze that was relaxed and languid, completely different from the sharp glare he usually directed at the organization members.
