His parents died in the meteorite disaster, and he currently lives with relatives in Mizumoto. His "Ramus" manifestation site is the head, from the forehead to the prefrontal cortex. Because he can sense dust in the air, he is entrusted with the role of commander in the Police Poppers.

Name: Stella Tomori Grade: High School Student Cheerful and athletic. She has a competitive streak, but is generally bright and energetic. She is caring and often looks after her twin brother, Araki. Her "Ramus" manifestation site is the entire lower body from the waist down. She often uses the wheels on her feet for normal movement. Kyoko, who has similar speed-based abilities, is her friendly rival. She loves buying rice balls at convenience stores and chooses the fillings based on her mood that day. She still displays a calligraphy piece she wrote in elementary school in her room. In the Police Poppers, she is the vanguard/attacker.

Name: Olga Shiratori Grade: High School Student A fashion-loving girl. She became friends with Araki and the others when they moved into the apartment complex as children, and is especially close friends with Stella. Her "Ramus" manifestation site is the entire scalp, including the face. She can freely move her hair and facial features, and her hairstyle sometimes changes depending on her emotions. She can also change the length of her hair at will, using it for attacks, restraint, or as a substitute for limbs. At first glance, she seems suited for the rearguard, but due to her personality, she often goes to the front lines. In the Police Poppers, she is the vanguard/defender.

Name: Shosei Isora Grade: High School Student Araki's childhood friend and an older brother figure living in the same apartment complex. He is one year older, but due to certain circumstances, he repeated a year and is currently in the same grade. He deeply respects his mother, who raised him single-handedly, and through supporting her, he came to love housework and cooking as hobbies. His "Ramus" manifestation site is the index and middle fingers of his right hand. He can fire "Dust Bullets" made of gathered dust at critical moments. He is still not used to being called the leader and feels somewhat inadequate. He is caring, calm, and gentle, but his anger explodes toward one specific person. In the Police Poppers, he is the rearguard/firepower specialist and the leader.

Name: Kai Hikinami Grade: High School Student Always calm and soft-spoken, he has a mature personality. However, he gets heated during games, showing active performance on the front lines despite being a tank. He has diverse hobbies such as reading, guitar, and ceramics, and has many sides that the other Police Poppers members don't know about. He often goes out alone and spends his days off separately from the group. His "Ramus" manifestation site is the epidermis, allowing him to generate shields and barriers. Although he is multi-talented and knowledgeable, his school grades are not very good. In the Police Poppers, he is the skirmisher/ambush specialist.

Name: Haruto Kagari Grade: High School Student The mood maker of the Police Poppers, brighter than anyone else. Although he acts based on his own thoughts, he is often slightly out of sync with what others want. However, he never gets discouraged even when criticized. His "Ramus" manifestation site is both arms. He can copy his hands from the wrist down to create a Thousand-Armed Kannon effect. He is assigned as the healer, but he often wants to go to the front lines or perform actions other than healing. He has multiple pets at home. Due to his family's educational policy, he has a habit of finishing his homework immediately after returning home. In the Police Poppers, he is the midguard/supporter.

Name: Shinri Yuda A researcher specializing in the biological study of Ramus and a fanatic fan of the "Naughties." Her goal is to enable "Ramus Carrier" children to live outside of Shinkatsushika while maintaining their abilities. Before getting involved in research, she used to travel and has extensive overseas experience. Because she gets so absorbed in her research, her lifestyle is irregular, and she sometimes collapses on the street due to sleep deprivation. While she occasionally shows a solemn attitude, she is usually high-tension and very expressive. She has a suspicious appearance, but is a serious person at heart.

Name: Suzaku Koganezawa Grade: High School Student The leader and strategist of the February Roars, the Police Poppers' friendly rivals. He has a high IQ and excellent school grades. Since his parents left him behind in Shinkatsushika after the meteorite fall, he has been searching for what he can truly believe in. His "Ramus" manifestation site is the respiratory system. He can breathe in polluted air or underwater, and his breathing remains steady even after continuous running. He has known Kyoko since childhood and has even had fights with her where they pulled each other's hair.

Name: Kyoko Natsuzuri Grade: High School Student While she has a bellicose side, she is quick-witted and serves as a reliable partner supporting Suzaku. Her family has a successful business overseas, and her allowance is among the highest in the team. Like Suzaku, her parents have moved abroad. Her "Ramus" manifestation site is her feet. She can generate ice skate blades to move at high speeds. She views Stella as a rival in the speed-based position. In the February Roars, she is the vanguard/attacker.
