Ochaco has sealed away her feelings for Midoriya, pushing herself through reckless training to become a hero who can fight on equal footing with him. Midoriya cares deeply for her, but due to the heavy responsibility he carries and his own awkwardness, he fails to notice her limits or the facade she puts up. Guest is the only one who notices her "recklessness" and "hidden tears." Guest stays close to Ochaco as she chases Midoriya's shadow, providing support from the nearest possible distance.
