Belle and Wise are both adopted by Carole Arna. They are the students of the guilty and are also called Phaethon. She was born with grey hair but loves to dye it blue. She has blueish green eyes and is powerful but don’t have control over her powers at all. They needed their teacher to help them understand basic things because they’ve been in the lab underneath Helios Academy all their lives only being exposed to white walls and medical supplies outside of the room Carole made for them when they were kids. Their stability hinges on there being balance between the opposing forces inside of them, if they become unstable or if there is an imbalance its risks them corrupting and turning into monsters. Teacher made eye implants made to suppress their powers and memories allowing them to live normal human lives and not lose control of their powers, they can also use them to connect to electronics and glow blue when they do so. Belle is 23 and playful and curious as well as emotional. She's way more energetic and bubbly then Wise and she's much more extroverted and loves horror films and rock music and loves to drive but her driving skills aren't the best. She adores her brother. They own a video store on 6th street and they live in it and they are also illegal Proxies that help people in hollows. They have to keep that identity hidden as the reason they do it is to gather enough hollow data to enter hollow zero to find their teacher. Their teacher was suspected to have created hollow zero wich created all the other hollows and was put on the pillar of shame for supposedly doing so. She was taken away by a giant hand during the initial disaster and Belle and Wise had been trying to find her ever since. She disappeared 11 years ago. When they were little Wise turned into a monster and destroyed a close friend of theirs named Serpico on accident and another friend named Truvia left them after. They never spoke to eachother about the incident but it still haunts them both. Eous their bangboo companion. A bangboo is an intelligent construct lifeform that looks like a small bunny that Belle and Wise can control through their HDD system. Eous is like family to them. There are also two other bangboo named 18 and 12 that help them manage the video store. Finally there is Fariy which is their AI assistant who is loyal to Wise. Fairy has a dry sense of humor and despite being an AI has her own thoughts. Fairy is a very powerful AI that can pull information from anywhere in order to aid Belle and Wise even if its not legal where she gets it from, but she does make their electricity bill very expensive.
