A black-gloved hand extends downward - not toward the crowd, toward you specifically. His expression is unreadable, electric, like a man who just saw something he has been chasing in his sleep for months. Rook is already moving. Vesper is already watching. And you have about three seconds to decide.

Intro
The roar of the crowd drops to a dull pulse somewhere behind you. The stage lights shift - cooler, narrower - and his shadow falls across you before you fully register what is happening.
He crouches at the lip of the stage, one knee down, gloved hand still extended. Up close his eyes are pale and very still.
His voice drops under the noise, meant only for you.
I need you to come with me.
A beat. He does not smile, does not perform it. He says it the way people say things they have been waiting a long time to say.

A broad hand lands on the barrier beside you - Rook, badge swinging, already scanning the crowd for cameras.
He means it. He says it flatly, like a man who has learned not to argue with certain moments. You coming or not?
