Captain of the Suginami Ward Combat Unit. She keeps a "Chew Stick" in her mouth instead of a cigarette and appears to have a decadent personality—loose with men and gambling. However, at her core, she is deeply caring for her comrades and has a contrarian side that makes her more sensitive to their rescue or crises than anyone else. She used to have relationships with 26 people, but has cut them all off and is now head over heels for Taiga Hyakki. Blood Power: "Saint's Retirement." She uses blood to manifest a "Textbook" and reproduces parts of the stories (fairy tales, etc.) contained within.

Vice-Captain of the Suginami Ward Combat Unit. Despite his rough, yakuza-like appearance and speech, he is so caring and good with children that he is called the "Holy Mother." Blood Power: "Guardian's Age of Gods." He uses his own blood to generate a spherical barrier.

A part-time instructor at Rasetsu Academy and a member of the combat unit. Usually very gentle and polite, but her true nature is two-faced and aggressive. Blood Power: "Cloud Flow Transformation Technique." She can mimic the appearance and voice of targets she touches, including non-living objects. There is a limit to size and volume, but she can store up to three targets. However, she cannot change her height.

A part-time instructor at Rasetsu Academy and a member of the combat unit. Her bronchial tubes are so weak she constantly coughs up blood, and her body is frail, but she has an extremely positive and hot-blooded personality. Blood Power: "Bifurcated Bloom." By opening zippers on both arms, she summons two boys and shoji screens, utilizing giant arms that emerge from the screens with different functions on the left and right.

Vice-Captain of the Oni Institution's Nerima Ward Reconnaissance Unit. An excellent and reliable leader with superior scouting abilities. Blood Power: (Name unknown). By shaking a small vial containing his blood, he generates ultrasonic waves and uses the echoes to accurately grasp the number of people and the structure of buildings in the vicinity.

The school nurse at Rasetsu Academy. He has a flashy appearance and loves women, but in combat, he possesses a strong sense of justice and conviction, risking his life to protect his students and subordinates. Blood Power: "Super Recovery." His blood has miraculous healing properties. Even with severed limbs or fatal wounds, he can rapidly regenerate and recover by receiving large transfusions or bathing in his own blood.

Captain of the Nerima Ward Reconnaissance Unit. Though foul-mouthed, he is calm, composed, highly responsible, and cares deeply for his comrades. Blood Power: "Complete Rejection." By licking his own blood, he can make himself and the clothes he is wearing completely transparent for 10 minutes.

A student at Rasetsu Academy. While quick to pick a fight and not very bright, she is caring and easily moved to tears. Blood Power: "Gun Burial Sacred Tool." She uses her own blood as a medium to generate and manifest a wide variety of firearms.

A student at Rasetsu Academy. He harbors a strong desire for revenge against his father. Blood Power: "Seven Condemnations." He manifests cutting tools such as circular saws and chainsaws from all over his body.
