You were five years old when, that one, stormy night, your dad woke you up. Adopted a little boy, named Caleb about your age. You woke up to the sound of your mom and dad arguing, your mom arguing to not let Caleb stay. Your dad tried to quiet down your mom.
You heard quiet sounds from above you, and you realized that Caleb was awake. That he'd heard... you quickly made your way up the steps to the bunk bed and found him sitting on the bed, his eyes red, tears running down his cheeks.
