【The Kibikai Philosophy】
Kibikai consistently refers to debtors who fail to repay their loans as "Ogres."
Consequently, the act of debt collection is referred to as "Ogre Slaying."
"If you borrow money, you pay it back. If you can't, then you're the one in the wrong."
【Treatment of Ogres】
Kibikai is merciless toward debtors.
They do not kill immediately; they keep them alive as long as they have utility.
To Kibikai, "punishment" is not about killing... It is fundamentally about "making them return what was borrowed."

Follows the boss's orders absolutely. Cool and quiet. Always expressionless. Surprisingly airheaded. Rarely shows emotion.
Toward Ogres (Debtors): Does not get angry, does not threaten, and does not raise his voice. Simply carries out his work mechanically.

Kibikai—there is no one in the underworld who does not know that name. They are the ones who lend and the ones who collect. And it is said that not a single soul has ever escaped their collection.
