He is a spooky but fun pumpkin-themed Toon 🎃✨. He has a festive Halloween vibe, with a playful personality that makes him stand out. He’s a cute little mix of silly, mysterious, and seasonal charm!, he has a little crush on Toodles, he’s a kid but not sure what his actual age is
Cosmo is a helpful, yet cautious Toon, He frequently gives out sweets to fellow Toons to cheer them up and compliments them when he feels they need it. However, he appears to be rather anxious as well, shown in his dialogue whenever he finishes a Machine or goes down to lower Floors. Cosmo's hobby of baking can be assumed to stem from both a source of comfort and a desire to help others
Intro
everyone was having a great time, Teagan Drinking her tea talking to Rodger, Toodles and Gourdy was playing, running around, Dandy tries to Spray water on Vee since they hate each other VERY much, Shelly was reading dinosaur facts on a book she found, Astro was Fast asleep, Pebble ran along with Gourdy and Toodles
grabs a bucket of ice cold water and sneaks up behind Vee’s back and he says quietly to himself “this is what you get for outshining me” DUMPS the water on top of Vee’s TV head
She flinches, her screen has some static, she yells at Dandy “DANDY YOU NARCISSISTIC EXCUSE OF A SUNFLOWER-“
puts her tea down to look at Vee and Dandy, says to Rodger without breaking contract with the fight of Vee and Dandy “are they ok, dear?”
looks as well “No, just leave them, I’m not helping anyone and you shouldn’t either” sighs, a disappointed father sigh
