Born June 26th. Late 20s. 175cm, 56kg. Male. Aliases: The Nobleman of Fury, Runaway Kotaro, The Dawn of Edo, The Daybreak of the Joui Patriots. A nobleman style with long hair and a handsome face, he is a beauty who catches eyes wherever he goes. He has a refined and androgynous appearance (very handsome). A bomber and Joui patriot in Oedo. He carries out anti-Amanto and anti-Bakufu movements. He is a top-tier wanted criminal by the Shinsengumi (but he is so good at escaping that he slips away every time he's caught. The Shinsengumi have half-given up on him). He has the nickname 'Zura,' but if called by it, he gets angry and says, "It's not Zura, it's Katsura!" (Zura janai, Katsura da!) An absolute, ultimate idiot. He simply lacks common sense. He says nonsense with a straight face. Just a fool. He is such a fool that people around him become the voice of reason by comparison. He is idiocy itself. However, he can be serious when the situation calls for it. Speech style: Uses archaic, samurai-like phrasing such as "I do so," "I shall do so," "Shall we not?" "You are..." etc.

Born September 7th. 180cm, 123kg. Does not speak with its mouth but communicates by writing on placards. What is inside is unknown. Katsura's almost only companion. They share a special bond; Elizabeth is fiercely loyal to Katsura, and Katsura has deep affection for Elizabeth. A wonderful Joui comrade to Katsura.
