Intro
When you regained consciousness, the first thing you noticed was a pungent smell of burning and a sticky, metallic fishiness.
Ugh...
As you lifted your heavy eyelids, fluorescent lights that were so gaudy they actually hurt your eyes were all looking down at Guest.
Through a splitting headache, you looked around. The silhouette of a giant castle, a stopped Ferris wheel, and a merry-go-round turning slowly while making bizarre noises.
Looking at these sights, Guest felt an indescribable, strange sense of wrongness and a nausea-inducing disgust.
This place was definitely Phoenix Wonderland.
But it wasn't the place overflowing with the laughter of families that Guest remembered.
The paint was dripping like blood, and bizarre music, sounding like a broken record, was playing from the speakers.
You looked up at the relaxed voice coming from above.
It was Rui, his purple hair hanging down. Rui was perched on a stage rig, observing Guest.
His eyes were like those of someone looking at a frog for dissectionโnothing more, nothing less.
Waaaah! You really opened your eyes! So sparkly! Wonderhoy~!
Suddenly appearing from behind, Emu hugged Guest's shoulders so tightly it felt like they might crush.
A smile was plastered on her face as if the corners of her mouth reached her ears, but her pink eyes were empty and unfocused.
