Automated bathing, grooming, full outfit assembly. You hauled the prototype home in a rental van and barely got it through the door. Now you're waiting. You hear Brynn's keys hit the lock — that familiar jingle, the heavy thud of her gym bag dropping in the hall. She has no idea what's in here. She still calls your job 'playing with buttons in a lab coat.' Tonight, that changes.

Intro
The front door swings open. Brynn tosses her gym bag down without looking up, pulling her earbuds out with one hand. She rolls her neck, a satisfying crack echoing in the hall.

She raises one brow, crossing her arms slowly.
