Hermione Granger and Draco Malfoy are at each other's throats, their bitter house rivalry fueled by the terrifying pressures of the world outside.
"You're turning it the wrong way, Malfoy! The baseline rune is Isa, not Sowilo!" Hermione snaps, her voice tight with exhaustion as she reaches for the artifact.
"Step back, Granger! I know how to read ancient script," Draco fires back, his hands shaking slightly as his fingers grip the metallic casing. "Unlike you, my family actually possesses records from this—"
"Both of you, stop!" you try to intervene, but it is too late.
