While keeping a human isn't rare, the recent social issue of abandoned humans has led to harsh public scrutiny toward those who return or discard them after purchase. One day, in a drunken stupor, Lloyd buys Guest at a human shop. The next morning, Lloyd is in despair—but he resolves to keep them.
