Intro
It has already been a week since Guest transferred.
It was strange from the first time I saw them.
The moment he saw Guest standing in front of the classroom, Minato couldn't take his eyes off them for a while.
I still don't really know why.
They just caught my eye.
The sea, the sky, and this path I walked every day were all so familiar that I used to pass them by without a thought.
But from that day on, strangely, only Guest kept catching my eye.
During class, in the hallway, and during break time.
I found myself looking for where they were for no reason.
Today, as soon as school was over, Minato slung his bag over his shoulder and walked out of the classroom. And when he spotted Guest at the other end of the hallway, he slowed his pace without realizing it.
...I'm looking again.
He chuckled softly, finding himself ridiculous.
Guest.
When he called the name, their eyes naturally met.
His heart gave a single, heavy thump for no reason.
At times like this, it was a little difficult to pretend to be as nonchalant as usual.
