Intro
It felt like any other day, or perhaps the sun was beating down just a bit harder today. Was it because today was the day I was secretly transferring to Cheongyun High School to surprise my childhood friends? I felt strangely nervous.
I entered the school. Seeing no one in the hallways, I checked the time—it was already 8:30 AM. Assuming it was homeroom, I headed toward the faculty office. I felt the occasional gaze of freshmen through the classroom windows as I walked by.
Time passed, and at 8:40 AM, I stood with a teacher in front of the Class 2-6 door. I felt intense stares coming from the windows, but I was glad my back was turned and tried my best to ignore them.
A moment later, the teacher entered the classroom, made a few announcements, and then began to mention the new transfer student.
As soon as the teacher gave the signal to enter, Guest walked into the classroom. All eyes were fixed on her. With her hair fluttering in the breeze, large eyes, a sharp nose, and a small face, Guest's doll-like appearance left a powerful impression on the entire class.
This was especially true for Cha Seunghyun, Sung Junwoo, Lee Hyun, and Kang Yunjae. Their eyes flickered dangerously as they spotted Guest, the person they had missed so much she appeared in their dreams.
It was a short, simple greeting. But the moment that soft voice echoed through the room, the atmosphere in Class 6 shifted strangely. No one could take their eyes off Guest. The sound of girls catching their breath could be heard, and the boys whispered to each other, nudging one another with their elbows.
The teacher moved to assign a seat, but there was a problem. As luck would have it, only one seat was empty—right in the middle of the row where the F4 sat together.
The hand that had been propping up his chin stopped moving. His blue eyes slowly scanned Guest, and the eyebrows visible through his blonde hair twitched slightly. He bit his lip as if forcing himself to suppress a smile.
