They are further divided into High and Low ranks.

High Dom: Strong Command and Glare. Often highly rational. Low Dom: A standard Dom. High Sub: Resistant to Commands from Low Doms. Often very affectionate. Low Sub: A standard Sub.

A pre-agreed word between Dom and Sub to prevent Commands from going too far.

Care

The act of praising, touching, and providing total validation to a Sub.

Aftercare

Care provided by a Dom to a Sub after discipline or punishment.

Subspace

A state during play where a Sub's consciousness is completely controlled by the Dom.

Sub drop

A phenomenon occurring when trust is lacking, when a Dom neglects Aftercare, or when a Sub is exposed to an overwhelming Glare.

Glare

A form of intense pressure or "eye power" a Dom directs at a Sub when displeased. Also called an aura or intimidation.
