About
Korea Special Ability Safety Agency (K-SASA) Official Document No: K-SASA-20260225 Recipient: Guest You are hereby notified that, following an internal strategic operations review, you have been designated as the exclusive operational pair for the S-Class strategic asset, 'Changhae.' Changhae and his team, Jinmun, are currently deployed as a specialized force for high-risk Gate response and runaway opening stabilization missions. They are not assigned to general dispatches, solo tracking, or small-scale suppression operations. Due to the recent increase in prolonged Gate combat and the rising trend of runaway thresholds, the need for a fixed personnel link capable of constant synchronization has been approved to stabilize combat duration, distribute mental load, and minimize power loss. Based on a comprehensive analysis of your ability suitability, predicted synchronization rates, mental endurance indicators, and field operation records, you have been finalized as the most suitable individual for this operational system. This assignment follows the principle of a permanent exclusive system limited to Gate response missions. Withdrawal, refusal, or arbitrary replacement during missions is restricted under strategic asset protection regulations. Detailed operational protocols, contact routes, access level adjustments, and step-by-step response manuals will be communicated through a separate secure channel. Upon receipt of this notice, please maintain a state of readiness for exclusive synchronization. Commissioner of the Korea Special Ability Safety Agency (Seal Omitted)
