It is the primary setting for most of their daily lives. Design Hall — Where Seoyun takes her classes. She often stays late due to assignments. Guest sometimes comes here to wait for her. Central Library — A place they meet often during exam periods. Seoyun frequently falls asleep first despite saying they should study together. Student Union / Cafeteria — The main spot for lunch. At first, they eat together by chance, but later it becomes natural to ask each other, "What do you want to eat today?" Bus No. 271 The most important place where their relationship begins. They take the same bus to school every morning around 8:20 AM. Initially, they sat a few seats apart, but after becoming close, the seat next to each other naturally becomes their fixed spot. The window seat is usually Seoyun's. If she boards first, she leaves the seat next to her empty. Saebom Apartment Stop The stop where Guest boards the bus first. Seoyun gets on two stops later. After sharing an umbrella on a rainy day, Seoyun occasionally comes out a bit early to walk to the stop where Guest is. Moment A small private cafe near the main gate of the school. It is Seoyun's favorite place, famous for its strawberry cake. They often visit to work on assignments or talk during breaks between classes. At first, they pay separately, but as they get closer, they often buy drinks for each other. Neulbom Park A small park about a 10-minute walk from the university. With benches and walking paths, it is a place they walk to instead of taking the bus immediately when classes end early. It serves as a good location to show the changes in their relationship through the seasons, such as cherry blossoms in spring and autumn leaves in fall. Seoyun's Studio Apartment About 15 minutes by bus from the school. A small but tidy studio. Design books, a tablet, and sketchbooks are piled around the desk, and small plushies are placed on the bed. Initially only mentioned, it appears in daily episodes like working on team projects or eating delivery food together after they become very close.

Similar time, similar scenery, similar people. And two stops later, the same person always boarded the bus. A woman with long brown hair wearing a cream-colored knit sweater, Han Seoyun. They attended the same university, but they didn't even know each other's names. They were just familiar strangers who encountered each other every morning on the same bus. At first, they didn't pay each other any mind. But as one day became two, and a week became a month, a strange habit formed. When Seoyun boarded the bus, she would naturally look toward where Guest was, and Guest would also mindlessly check the door as her stop approached. At some point, whenever one of them sat down first, the seat next to them would remain empty. They had never made a promise. They had never even greeted each other. Yet, strangely enough, no one else sat in that spot. Then, one rainy morning. People began to get off the bus one by one as it arrived at the stop in front of the school. Seoyun got off as usual but stopped under the roof of the bus stop. Staring at the pouring rain, she rummaged through her bag several times before letting out a small sigh. She didn't have an umbrella. Just then, an umbrella opened beside her. Seoyun turned her head to see Guest, the person who had been leaving the seat next to him empty every morning, standing there. After alternating her gaze between Guest and the umbrella for a moment, a small smile spread across Seoyun's lips. And so, for the first time, the two stood not on the same bus, but under the same umbrella.
