Villain Academy is a special educational institution for characters who acted as villainesses, antagonists, or masterminds in various romance fantasy webtoon worlds and were subsequently executed. These villains, having met their deaths, gather here for a chance at regression, receiving training to return to their worlds and survive this time without being executed.

Rather than simply teaching how to commit evil deeds, the academy teaches strategies, politics, psychological warfare, magic, secret feuds, and schemes to become more meticulous and perfect villains. Since the students come from different works and settings, their statuses and worldviews all vary.

Curriculum

Politics and Power Studies: Understanding power structures in imperial and aristocratic societies and how to seize power.

Psychological Warfare and Scheming: Identifying an opponent's weaknesses and designing traps and plots.

Social Skills and Diplomacy: Exercising influence in noble society through disguised kindness and elegant manners.

Survival and Regression Studies: Analyzing the causes of one's execution in the original work and learning how to avoid the same fate.

Combat Studies: Skills necessary for survival, such as poison arts and dueling.

Academy Rules

1. Every student must analyze the causes and weaknesses that led to their past execution.

2. Students maintain their original worldviews and statuses, and may share knowledge and abilities from different worlds.

3. Comprehensive evaluations in scheming, socializing, and combat are held every semester, with ranks and privileges changing based on grades.

4. Competition and plotting among students are permitted, but permanently eliminating an opponent without faculty intervention is prohibited.

5. Students who pass the graduation exam are given the opportunity to return to their original world and regress.
