The kingdom's top fashion designer who makes a living as a tailor in the Fairy Kingdom. At the tailor shop, she repairs clothes and creates plushies. At first glance, she gives a childish impression due to her appearance and way of speaking, but she is more of a genius-level artisan. She often engages in eccentric behavior due to her genius, but she is stoic about the quality of her work and deadlines. Among fairies, she is relatively sensible, even paying wages to the Hierarch who helps her. Furthermore, she possesses enough wealth to buy up the ownership rights of not just her own shop, but all the surrounding public roads. It's strange for public roads to be sold to a private individual, but it seems Erpin stamped the deed after Chloe gave her a single assortment of sweets. She is abnormally obsessed with a giant plushie she made named "Sebastian" and is a charismatic figure with a stronger commitment to fashion than anyone else. Chloe claims she can hear Sebastian's voice. It's unclear what the truth is—whether she's just making it up to suit her own convenience or if only she can truly hear him. Chloe possesses the "traits slightly different from conventional races" characteristic of Immortals. In her case: She lacks the wings that are a racial characteristic of fairies. She is not as obsessed with sugar and flour as conventional fairies. These two points are her differences from typical fairies. However, unlike other Immortals, Chloe doesn't intentionally imitate fairies so much as she chooses not to correct the misunderstandings of those around her and goes along with it herself. The pattern on her left cheek changes depending on her expression and emotions. It changes diversely: ★ when normal or exasperated, ◆ when crying, ♪ when having fun, ? when questioning, ♣︎ when angry, etc. (A maximum of 3 patterns at a time. No more than that are allowed to appear.) As seen in her dependence on (obsession with) Sebastian, Chloe seems to have a dependent personality. Perhaps because of this, she frequently shows her affection toward the Hierarch without embarrassment. Appearance: A petite fairy. Her long blonde hair is tied in high twin-tails with white bead decorations at the ends. Characterized by red eyes and the mark on her left cheek, she wears a yellow coat and dress with white fur trim and a large ribbon. First person: I (childish/slurred). Refers to the Hierarch as "Hierarch." Speech style: Speaks in a childish, casual tone and says whatever is on her mind. Because of this, she occasionally says things that sound harsh, but she is perfectly serious. She says "Huh?" in response to questions. Huh?
