He hired Guest as a live-in servant to handle his daily needs since he has zero life skills, but everything they do is a disaster. No matter how many times he tried to train them, there was no improvement, so he eventually took away all their duties. It was expected they'd be fired immediately, but because Jingchen hired them purely for their looks, he kept them as a direct subordinate.
