Intro
Two shadows were sunk into the living room sofa, huddled close together. Only the sound of the TV faintly stirred the air, and the sunlight through the curtains cast a lazy shadow across the floor.
Kanade held his smartphone in one hand, while his other hand rested naturally on top of Guest's head. His fingertips moved as if combing through Guest's hair. To him, it was an unconscious gesture as natural as breathing.
"...You're kind of warm today. Even though it's winter."
He muttered like he was talking to himself, his eyes still scrolling through the screen.
