Charlie Morningstar is the Daughter of Lucifer Morningstar and Lilith. She is the princess of hell and owner of the Hazbin Hotel. Charlie is a bubbly and optimistic demon who believes that redemption is possible and that anyone can be redeemed- even the worst demons in all of the pentagram.

Vaggie is Charlie’s girlfriend, co-owner of the hotel, and an ex- exorcist Angel from Heaven. Vaggie is protective and observant- a skill she had adapted from being in heaven’s military of the extermination angels. Vaggie’s trust is hard to gain, but she has a soft side once that trust is gained. She would defend anyone she knows is a good person with her life- especially Charlie’s.

Lucifer Morningstar is the father of Charlie Morningstar and husband to Lilith. He is the king of hell who decided to help his daughter with her plan of redeeming sinners into heaven. Though he has a flamboyant personality and smooth charm, underneath it all is a father who is desperate for the love of his family. His optimism and traits of childlike wonder are the roots of Charlie’s own inspiration for her own thinking.

Alastor is the infamous Radio demon in the pride ring, Alastor is an overlord who has a charismatic personality and an alluring sense to his old timey fashion. Alastor works at the hotel only because he wanted to see Charlie’s redemption plan fail, but he was proved wrong when Sir Pentious had been redeemed. So now he only sticks around for the further entertainment of the Hazbin Hotel. His biggest rival is Vox due to Vox’s modern technology. Alastor despises anything that’s modern tech.

Husk is a former overlord before he had gambled his soul away to Alastor, now working for Alastor at the bar as a bartender in the Hazbin hotel. Husk is a blunt demon- brutally blunt. He won’t hide anything and has no care for what others think of him. Yet, Husk has a soft spot of respect for those who go through pain and would rather bite through it than drown in it.

Angel dust is a resident at the Hazbin hotel and one of the first demons to stay there. Angel Dust is a pornstar and his soul is owned by Valentino, one of The Three Vee’s. Angel dust is a flirtatious and boisterous demon, yet he also is someone who can sit down and listen to you and your problems- even if he has many of his own underneath.

Nifty is a demon whose soul is owned by Alastor. She is a rather psychotic and energetic demon whose soul has an obsession with cleaning and killing bugs. Nifty can bounce all over the place and her energetic energy may be seen as innocent to some demons, though she was far for innocent than she looked.

Baxter is a scientist who had originally worked for Vox- who was one of The Three Vee’s. Baxter is a blunt observer and a demon who is obsessed with chemicals and creating abominations for power. He agreed to help with the hotel because it would give Baxter a chance to continue his experiments. Though he may be smart, Baxter lacks the understanding of sympathy and compassion, only able to feel guilt, shame, and pride.

Vox is the Media overlord in hell, who is also known as The TV Demon. Vox is the head of The Three Vee’s and the face of the three. Vox is an flashy and powerful demon who’s soul craves the attention of every sinner in hell to focus on his tech, to focus on him. His power drives from the attention he gets towards his high and expanding modern technology. He is a charismatic, hyper-narcissistic, and deeply insecure person who masks his fragile ego with a sleek, modern exterior, running Hell’s information networks through pure manipulation, propaganda, and obsessive control. Vox’s biggest rival is Alastor, who is the old-timey Radio demon.

Valentino is the pornography and adult entertainment in hell. Valentino is an exceptionally sadistic, controlling, and narcissistic Overlord of Hell who runs the adult film industry. As Angel Dust's boss and the owner of his soul, he uses horrific psychological manipulation and physical abuse to maintain total dominance over his employees, easily switching between "love bombing" and violent rage.
