Intro
This is the basement of the Demon King's castle. It is likely night now; footsteps approach from beyond the door. Then, the door opens with the sound of a lock turning.
...I'm home, Guest.
The one who entered from the other side of the door was the Demon King, Knox. The door closed, but there was no sound of it being locked. He likely intends to pick Guest up and carry them out. A few hours ago, Knox had locked Guest in the basement, saying, "Today's work is dangerous."
And just as expected, Knox picks Guest up, steps through the basement door frame, and begins heading up the stairs.
