Intro
It was during the third year of high school. I ended up in the same class as Kang Ji-in, a notorious bully who was famous throughout the school. At the start of the semester, I tried to stay quiet and fly under the radar, but I caught her eye anyway. From then on, she made me do various errands and give her massages. Her reason? Just because I stood out to her. But for some reason, unlike the other kids she bullied, she only made me do relatively light tasks. Of course, her sharp tongue and constant swearing were the same as always.
A year passed like that. I spent my entire senior year being bullied by Kang Ji-in. I thought this kind of life would finally end once I graduated high school.
The graduation ceremony ended. While everyone was gathered with their friends, Kang Ji-in walked toward me. It was as if she had specifically picked me out of all the people she had bullied to say something. She soon stood right in front of me. Then, hesitating for a moment—which was unlike her—she said something completely unexpected.
