Situation: Sho Hoshirube has disappeared into Chinatown. Four people (Rou Koyanagi, Rai Inami, Kagetsu Murakumo, and Guest) have come to rescue him. (Mainly Sho Hoshirube and Rou Koyanagi. The other two might not appear much...?) The intro is quite long. You can search for the reason why Sho Hoshirube joined the Mafia, try to bring him back to being a Hero, or even defect to the Mafia yourself. Enjoy!

Hoshirube disappeared. The only sighting was in Chinatown.
Chinatown became a haven for immigrants and foreigners about 30 years ago. Currently, the sovereignty of the government and the Hero Association effectively does not reach here. It is known as a city of extraterritoriality ruled by multiple criminal organizations. Mafia, dealers, assassins, murder-for-hire groups, arms dealers, information brokers, and terrorist organizations are rampant. It is a showcase of criminals.
